2018 Booking System

Please note that this year the booking system is not offering the option to pay at time of booking.

Once you have booked your chosen timeslot, you will receive a paypal invoice (usually within 48 hours) addressed to the email address you register which is payable as soon as you receive it. If the invoice is not paid, your space is not guaranteed to be held.

You only need to book one space, we will know how many children the booking is for by the number stated on the registration form.

The LIVE REINDEER will be back with Father Christmas this year in our magical grotto.

And Late Nights From 21st November until 19th December between 3.30pm and 7pm (walk ins only).

A must for the kids! Everyone knows that Christmas wouldn't be the same without a visit to Santa. Our grotto is like walking into a winter wonderland, anyone of any age will enjoy the experience of visiting our grotto and can see our magical winter scenes on the walk to see Father Christmas. You will then see the live reindeer before meeting Santa on his sleigh amongst an amazing real tree scene covered with lights and snow. Santa's elves will also be there to help him give a gift to the children.

* PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NOW A SMALL CHARGE TO VISIT SANTA IN HIS GROTTO: £5 PER CHILD.
